This was probably the most unexpected card in Born of the Gods.

Like really, who could see it coming?

I really like the matte look on this card. Everything blends together a bit though.

With this card, W/U had so much scry is not even funny.

Compare to other color combinations, W/U is probably the one that would benefit the most from early scrying, even if the land started tap.

Azorius control can shed black from now on.

Glad to see U/W control getting scry lands to replace guildgates, because it wasn't like it already was using enough scry as it was...

The only "temple" so far that actually looks like a Hellenic temple.

I gotta say, I'm disappointed that Born of the Gods only gave us these three new lands. Theros gave us 5 scry lands, Nykthos, and Unknown Shores.

As it has already been pointed out. One of the more efficient control color combination is U/W, so this is indeed "marginally" stronger than other color combinations, not in itself, but in the placement of this in lots of decks that include those two colors.

Also, yeah, the blend of the card border, the white/blue theme of the card and the art itself is really nice. It fits so well you don't "notice" the differentiation much, and that's when you know it's perfectly executed.
