The jagged pillars definitely look like they belong in a Rakdos slum. Maybe a bit too much for being another plane.

The biggest fail is Wizards not naming this Temple of Doom. 2/5 just based on that.

It's nice that they've put in the word Malice for B/R. It's a very iconic side of the color combination. It's refreshing to see this "side" more than the "mayhem" side of Rakdos (I'm not saying Rakdos didn't have any "malice" in it....because it did...A LOT, but rather for me Rakdos illustrated the "chaos and destruction" side of Rakdos more than this).
