Totally thought you had to choose one of your own permanents. The card is much better now that I reread it. Seems legit - it can even potentially be used as enchantment/artifact removal for colours without it.

Great political card, and allows slow decks a way to combat fast decks, assuming the slow deck plays this properly. it also gets around shroud/hexproof/etc which is pretty amazing.

It basically eliminates the most threatening cards on the table, just make sure those cards aren't yours!
