What if the card you move it to is something like a mox pearl or black lotus? does black lotus get +1/+1?

This card blows...counters onto other cards. Just wish it was legal.

yes black lotus gets a +1/+1 counter, and then if it becomes a creature with power and toughness equal to it's mana cost it won't die.

this card gets bonus points for targeting counters.
also for being a nice answer to -1/-1 counters.
but funny that vedalkan infuser gets charge counters from this...

Good with Myojin, excellent with Proliferate. Phylactery Lich also goes great with this.

The thing about this card that makes it better than power conduit is that it just says move it to a card. You can put counters on cards in the exile zone! Or the commander zone! Or your binder! The sky is the limit!

Oh hey, it's nice meeting another giant metal fan.
How'd you like the latest Lamb of God album?
Wait, no, I need those +1/+1 counters to keep my toughness above- *dies*

Heroes Remembered for 1 mana, and then Giant Fan onto any of the Myojins a few times every turn. :)

Since it only targets the counters, Helix Pinnacle.

All large fans are fans of heavy metal--any other material would be impracticable. :)

@pedrodyl Moving one counter to helix pinacle and getting a counter costs 2 mana, which can instead be used to create 2 counters from its own ability.

@Jmlyan
He's saying that Helix Pinnacle is a 1-mana way to generate counters. Because of this that means for 2+X, you can add X +1/+1 counters to any creature. That said, you could also find creatures who produce atrocious amounts of counters (various hydras, Primordial hydra being the obvious one) and use this to first pile on counters, let them double, then push them back for the win; all at instant speed and in green mind you :D

This would undo the errata-cation of Time Vault with Animate Artifact and Instill Energy.

I like how this card lets you put poison counters onto creatures.

(You just move a +1/+1 counter from some random creature to an infect creature or something. Since the infect creature's text refers to poison counters, the counter can become a poison counter.)
