The flavour text really tells a mini story with style. Just 27 words and I already feel sorry for poor Farbid. Very black as well, and strong harmony to the rules text.
As can be seen in the picture, this card does not fry creatures like red, entrap them like white, or fight them; this card is black to the bone. Every turn when you play a land, the creature gets dragged closer to it's doom. After playing this card, land drops are accompanied by a cruel merciless smile, I love it.

I've only seen this played one time where it didn't actually kill the creature. And it got disenchanted before a land drop. My advice, only cast it if it kills, don't be Dr. Evil. Just shoot the bastard.
