Eternal Witness returns once again, just like her ability and name sake.

This needs one Core Set reprint, and then I will be happy with how accessible it is :)
Oh, and it needs to be more favored for Green Duel Decks.

"Sweet card in EDH." @tut07 This is a sweet cards in many formats :D
I like the fact that Wizards went for the exact same flavor text and artwork in every printing of this card so far. And rightly so, i just adore Terese Nielsen's art. It's immediately recognizable, and the atmosphere just feels right for this card: The calmness, the isolation, her idle yet attentive pose, the beams of light breaking through the unseen canopy, probably alluding to the original Regrowth. Brilliant.
Plus, you still have a rather unotrusive details that reminds us that she's in The Tangle of Mirrodin: Not her entire outfit is made of ivy; those are actually green-colored metal plates on her shoulders. And most notably, the blue metal on her front is probably part of her body, a trademark exclusive for folks of that metal plane.

This is Regrowth (which was restricted in Vintage for many years) with a 2/1 body attached to it for an additional {G}. Yes, it's good.

... You know, there are some cards where you really can't say anything bad about them.
There are a few creatures out there like this that can fetch itself over and over as a recurring blocker. For instance if one is in the grave and you block with the other, you can fetch it back the next turn; which is powerful in occasional instances.
Use her card advantage to fetch other card advantage cards ;) Even a viridian Emissary is nice for a second go; as you'll get another land and you have another chump/mini-beater
Not that useful, but always sets the mood for a fun game.

@Earthdawn - Slim Shady? Blech. More like Marvin Gaye, the soulful originator.
Both viable in constructed and an EDH staple (at least for me, if I am playing green this card is going in my deck). As @The_Trendkill said it is a regrowth and a 2/1 which is recurable and just ripe for abuse.
Oh, and awesome art.

2/1 body attached to recollect for more color weight. Seems fair.

So good in so many decks. Personally, I'm a UG and WG fan. In UG, it gets lots of those control cards back out that you just love. In particular, if you're running Counterspell/Cryptic Command it proves solid there, and can also give you an instant-speed powerful mana dump if you're running a deck with Cackling Counterpart.
In WG, I love Sun Titan's oft-powerful recursion, and given that E-Wit is 3 mana she's an eligible target. So Sun Titan more or less reads "put a 3 CMC permanent on the battlefield, or any other card into your hand". Great for instants like Swords to Plowshares, or sorceries like Wrath of God. Works best with some way to sacrifice her to force the effect, but totally fine without a sac outlet - if they want to attack into you on the ground, they'll be offering you a way to get her into the graveyard.
I seem to be an eternal witness to her taking a dump...time and time again.

Her flavour text is basically just "cannot unsee"

This creates amazing card advantage and synergy with Reveillark. This combo can be used to completely grind out a game to victory. Especially if you are using Equipment and even a Stoneforge Mystic package.
