This card is going to be amazing. A decent one drop, who will help you stall in the late game while you extort tour opponent to death. This guy blocks giant Simic creatures all freaking day.

Definately a limited bomb. Pump this little bugger with some auras and instants and let the games begin.
Still really good though, and proves regenerate is still a good ability.

Regenerating for one mana is awesome. Also, he combos very well with orzhov charm. A friend bloodrushed an unblocked rubblehulk for lethal damage. Instead of using the charm to kill it and myself, I brought back the Thrull and then regenerated him.
Don't underestimate this guy. Also, because of his low cost, I've been able to extort with him for 3 or 4 and still leave enough open to use him as a chump blocker.

Oh my crap. This thing. Anyone who played Orzhov at the Prerelease knows that this guy is an all star in Limited. I know at our Prerelease, we were all stoked about this guy and constantly going on about how he "gets in there." Between this guy and three mana1/4 defenders nothing on the ground gets through until it manages to pick up trample.

Regeneration for one mana is serious business. Compare this card to Votary of the Conclave. Orzhov loves this card regardless of strategy. Aggressive? You've got a 1-drop guy. Grindy? You've got a regenerating guy. Even Boros can use him effectively, especially if they've got some room to splash a bit of black. Limited gold.
