Haha, not strictly, but close...if you respond to a Disenchant type effect targeting an Underworld Dreams, the delay would save you from one damage :P But most of the time, this is worse, yes.

Beacon Behemoth, Brontotherium, Cliffrunner Behemoth, Molder Beast, Mosstodon, Stomper Cub, Weatherseed Treefolk, and even Putrefax -- Mwani doesn't care what he targets so long as he's playing a Mtenda 6/4.
