This card can actually be quite fun, for instance lets say the opponent taps out their lands for a creature they just couldn't wait to get out in play, only to watch in horror as you summon like Autochthon Wurm for only four mana.

Though Dramatic Entrance is without a clause, it is {1} more to cast.

I love the flavor of your beast sensing food and going in. Works best when putting expensive and/or multicolor things into play - the thought of Borborygmos coming into play because he smelled meat is hilarious.
How does no one know about this card? It's incredibly good for green. The possibilities are endless. I use this to sneak hornet queen into the combat phase if my buddies mistakenly popped a creature into play.

Another green spell that lets you easily get Progenitus on the table?
Now you know why those old Elder Dragon Legends all had the particular upkeep costs that they did. ;-)
Wait, am I getting this right? The printed wording doesn't allow you to play it if the opponent's creature spell was countered. However, the Oracle wording seems to allow it.
Okuu-chan, "Successfully cast" just means cast. As opposed to putting something on the stack and then ... not having the mana to play it, so you have to put it back in your hand? Anyway, the creature never had to resolve to let you play this.
... Which makes it hilarious for dropping in Mystic Snake. "My snake smelled your spell and came in to say NO."
