Why are these Homelands legends so ridiculously narrow and weak...

Glad they made him a Cleric, but I'd run Shaman en-Kor first.

Useless, but I'm surprised they didn't make him with 3 toughness so he could be Bolted. I expect less from a Homelands card.

"I got it! Change the color to white. Change the activation to X,{T}, instead of repeat activations of W. And give it one more toughness and mana cost just to make it even less suspicious."
"Not bad. Anything else?"
"Make it a guy. Change the name."
