With about face it s the best combo card i ve ever seen . Two common that can kill turn two with of course a plain and a mountain in hand .

you'd need to back up the about face, because 20+ power and 1 toughness had a big target on its face. The Doran Combo seems a bit more viable, simply because you can build the deck around Doran and then sneak the tribe in when nobody is expecting it (and it also retains its toughness)

Unless you used one mana that could produce W and R you can't win second turn if you play first. You have to discard 5 cards to give it +20. Playing first: 1: Plains, Tireless Tribes (5 cards left in hand) 2: Draw (6) Mountain (5) discard 4: +0/+16 (1) last card in hand is About Face Only attacked for 17. Of course the simple solution is to draw if possible. Even so that is one risky move, one little direct damage or removal spell and you're left with absolutely nothing! (okay besides land you have out)

Twisted Image or Inside Out works better than About Face because they let you get that extra card for the win. Barring of course a lightning bolt, which leaves you with an empty hand looking like a chump...

One of the best discard enablers in the game, very critical in certain decks even without any About Face/ Twisted Image/ Doran shenanigans.
turn one: play any rw dual land and this card cards in hand 6 turn two: draw a card, play a mountain, cards in hand 6, discard 3 cards to make him a 1/13, proceed to exile Simian Spirit Guide and cast about face making him a 13/1, swing for 13. Then cast fling
Bad combo and lols if they gut shot in response to fling

That won't work. Once you activate Twisted Image the effect will take place and the card you draw can only be discarded to increase toughness.
