This card is quite unique in that it is (to the best of my knowledge) the only card that punishes all players running a domain variant. Especially in the block it was in, there were many cards that rewarded domain, or punished those who didn't.

Also works well if your opponent is playing Prismatic Omen. Granted, that's nothing you have control over, but it still punishes them for using it.

Tainted Well, Contaminated Ground, Lush Growth, Spreading Seas, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Dream Thrush, Jinx, Mystic Compass, Reef Shaman, Shimmering Mirage. Unfortunately, I don't believe that this deck would be any good :P
