4/5 for artwork. I need like, 20 of these to make a giant collage out of and tape to my ceiling

Why is this rated so low? I think it's a pretty good card. Blow up a fatty or your opponent has to lose a nice chunk of life.

I think it's good, it doesn't discriminate and it offers a sometimes painful choice; a powerful potential burn-spell in colors that make it interesting.
Nothing beats firing one of these babys at Kosilek, and seeing if they'd rather watch it die or pay the 12(hoping you have Leyline of the Void to make sure it stays dead, too)

This and Earthbind and a few others have some problemed art.
As for the mechanics, I'm actually not all that fond of this card. While admittedly it can be interesting to force someone to choose between a large sum of life and their best creature, the opponent will get to choose and will often choose optimally. Non-restricted targeting does not warrant the multicolored and additional cost nor the ability to save the creature when compared to Terror or Doomblade.
She would rock in a UB deck with Sivitri Scarzam...;-)

Whoa! Guys! Did you notice this card actually has rules text????

Ignoring the boobs (I know it's hard guys...), that's an interesting effect, especially for Blue and Black. Not sure it's great, but it's definitely interesting.

The card itself is pretty bad, as most cards that offer the choice to the opponent often are. Also not sure why it's blue...
And yeah, the art... of course. Looks more like "Destroy target outfit" than creature...

You could knock off a and this would still be fair. The text would Oracle-clean-up nicely, too. Hope this happens!

Not a bad card, though I would never play it. I want my removal spells to, you know, ALWAYS remove. And I want my life loss spells to, you know, ALWAYS make my opponent lose life. Consistency is important, baby.

This card serves a totally different purpose than murder or w/e when built around. Ideally, you'd only use this to induce the damage, there are so many other removal options in these colors. The trick is to make your opponent think keeping their fatty is the optimal choice, and you've just lava axed them (or more) for 3cmc...in UB, where'll you'll have plenty of other spotkill options anyway.
3/5 for ingenuity, uniqueness and art. Loses two points for very protracted playability in modern times/formats.

Glorious and useless at the same time. Depends on the situation.

It's just terrible. Most of the time, Terror was better even back in the day.
