At first I didn't see its true value, but it's a great aura referencing one of, if not the most powerful life gain card ever made.

The instant-speed reattachment makes this card. So very deliciously versatile.

A good aura. Huh. Maybe next time they'll print an aura with both totem armor and split second, then TRULY bypass the horrible two-for one

@Rav0004: Ooo, an aura with split second, why didn't I think of that? I like it. I still think it's silly that while auras are inherent card disadvantage, 1) some attempts to fix that have made arguably broken cards like Rancor and Aspect of Mongoose, and 2) many players who know better (such as myself) love them anyway. While you can still get 2-for-1'd when your aura with totem armor is on the stack, I think the mechanic was a good step towards helping make auras not so pitifully weak compared to equipment. This card is another good step in that direction. Reminds me of Neurok Stealthsuit, if, again, weaker than equipment.

Pairs rather well with Bramble Elemental from the precon. Always nice to have something to do with one's mana.

Interesting that no one so far has commented that this is the only totem armor card whose art doesn't match the card border...
TrollForever, I hope you can find something to fill the hole in your life that drives you to look for attention any way you can get it. Well, you have our attention. Does your daddy not love you any more? Do you get bullied? Depressed? What's the problem? I will listen.
This is an aura that has 2 different ways to combat removal to preserve your card advantage, and it gain's you life. As far as auras go, isn't this a really good one? This seem like it could make a Sun Titan a real pain to get rid of, especially if you have a Greater Auramancy or 2 on the table.
Auras may not be the best, but they sure can be FUN.

Can somebody tell me if using the activated ability of this card counts as casting an aura or enchantment spell? For the purposes of Kor Spiritdancer and Argothian Enchantress. IE. When you move this card, do you activate their abilities allowing you to draw a card?

@RCTFORME: No, using the Aura's ability to move the itself is not the same as casting it.
If you're going to complain about being 2-for-1ed when Totem Armors are on the stack, you might as well make the same complaint about instants and sorceries that buff creatures, for instance.

The other day in an EDH game I had Greater Auramancy out and suddenly realised that once on the battlefield, this could fizzle any spells that targeted my creatures. It felt like discovering a spell combo in Dragon Age: Origins...
