I made a Turf Wound deck, with this, Solfatara, and Pardic Miner as the major players. If I get going fast enough I can keep a player without land quickly enough to force them to discard every turn. It doesn't slow your pace down either; it cantrips cheaply. Of course, the deck doesn't make many friends online :P

This is pretty damn devastating if you use some accel to churn this out on your opponent's first or second turn.

Splash blue for Hoodwink, Boomerang, Eye of Nowhere, and Capsize. If you have any friends left, that'd get rid of them.
Once you're ahead you lock them down with these cards and more land destruction until it's game.
