This is better then Harrow if you're running Mono Green and you get down 1 mana accelerator by the first few turns.

Turn 1 Forest, Llanowar Elf
Turn 2 Forest, whatever
Turn 3 Forest, Tap Llanowar Elf and play Skyshroud Claim.

It's Harrow that cost one more mana, and no sacrificing. (In mono green decks)

It cost one more than Harrow, and you get to keep a land, and the land you fetch could be any dual/shock land, not just a basic.

I like crucible of world + harrow and terramorphic expanse

But, anyone evar got counterspelled a Harrow ? that just kill your start. against blue, will always prefer skyshroud claim, if not, I prefer harrow
