Attacking creatures will get out of control very, very quickly with this enchantment on the battlefield. In an 8-player Commander game, everything will become amazingly strong in short order, though toughness will remain low. Wall of Glare would do very well with this enchantment on the battlefield.

I think I hate how this card is mono-white. Red/White would have been perfect, but I think it's just far too powerful and aggressivly offensive for mono-white. White is supposed to be all about toughness, not one-sided power boosts. Color pie says what?
@ Dr.Pingas It does make sense for it to be Red/White, not just mono-White. But to me it just seems like battle-cry, which they already printed on mono-White cards.

Would've been an absolutely fantastic card if your blockers got their toughness pumped. This is far less useful, but I'd still use it - just more carefully.
token deck gooooo! or mehbeh just goblins. EDIT: Oh. Wow. WOOOW. This card doesn't put counters on on your upkeep, it does on ALL upkeeps. That means it'll be granting +20 bonus before long. This card is amazing. A gem. Every commander game should have someone playing this card. It's just that good! It makes games crazy! It destroys control players! Combo players just can't go off fast enough! Awesome!

1. Daarken's arts are amazing.
2. This card can SERIOUSLY become a VERY quick win condition for Token spawn decks.
3. Most fun thing I've EVER done with this card (NOTE: 20 counters at the end of the game....): Opponent at 43 life. They cast Storm Herd and get a virtual truckload of Pegasi. I cast Insurrection after turning to my friend next to me and simply stating, "I think he just committed suicide in the game....". I laughed HARD when the massive army of 43 21/1 Flying creatures went into his face unopposed.

Sooo, I just played this in a 3 player EDH and it got all the way to 15 counters. I lost to a 3/3. Definately a double-edged card.

@Zeofar White has a high number of first strikers, largely negating the missing toughness.
My friend has a red white archery deck with assemble the legion in it. This would be perfect.
One, usually his creatures have vigilance and, more often than not, first strike to knock down attackers before they can do damage. This incentivizes people to attack each other and not him. When he gets assemble the legions it's just a straight shot from there.

This would work swimmingly if your creatures had First Strike and Vigilance. Oh, what do you know - two entirely in-colour keyword abilities. Imagining this with Field Marshal and Mobilization seems like devilishly fun times.

@Kirbster I know you are thinking Field Marshal and Mobilization, but you are missing the true potential. If you run Rise of the Hobgoblins then you get all enchantments, stay in soldier, and get a mass of tokens late game (which is what you want for a lot of big damage). Now if only white had some sort of synergy with enchantments...
