I'm thinking this is absurd in a good Master Transmuter deck (not that she needed more help being absurd) keep bouncing a 0 cost artifact to dump your entire hand.

As I'm thinking about how to abuse this guy, a really, really disqusting looking combo of Spine of Ish Sah and Mox Opal comes to mind.

Grand Architect mixed with Vedalken Archmage with a pinch of Mirran Spy. Let simmer over low heat for 5 minutes and you enjoy a nice heaping dish of card advantage.
