"Alright Kemba, Kha Regent, time to pull this game back from the brink of disaster with your million equipmen-"
*FLASH*
Kemba: Sorry man, I got distracted there for a second. What did you want again?
"I wanted your triggered ability to resolve and get me a bunch of cat tokens, please (By Karn's salty ***, hurry up already).
Kemba: Okay. Done.
"Sweet. Now I can chump block an- Where the f*ck are the catss?!"
Kemba: There was this really shiny light and it made me drop all my stuff.
"Bloody hell. Well, at least I can chump with you."
Kemba: Nah that light was, lke, really REALLY shiny. Y'know. So shiny I got tapped?
"Dude..."

Decent card but so little practical use

i'm sorry, i just honestly never see anyone ever using this in their decks. equipment are just not that prevalent to warrant this card--and if they were, wouldn't you want something that destroys them instead of merely setting them back a turn? this could have cost W easily and still have seen little play.

Well, it's official: all of the good names are taken. Thus begins the age of "Evanescent Beam," "Stochastic Wurm," and "Kafkaesque Hieroglyphs."
Another overcosted trick. Cantrippin', or reducing cost to won't make it broken.

"Draw a card."
Right on Gavrilo. I think they could've done both actually. Then this card would be the easy button to that one farming tool. Not to mention that it can actually be a drawback that you need to choose two targets.

The interesting part about this card is that it doesn't target, so you can at least stop those annoying Hexproof/Shroud beaters.

So two target creatures get naked and um . . . tap?
I don't need to look 'fulgent' up in a dictionary--I can already guess what it means!

Kind of a niche card, not sideboard worth tho. But for tabletop magic your sideboard is your card pool.
