This is well-costed. Well done.

Probably one of the better green commons in Limited, if not the best.

3 cmc for a 2/3 with infect and a strong creature type? I want 4 of these, and not just for my soon to be B/G infect deck (I call it Jungle Fever ^_^) but also for my beast deck
Cool creature. The only thing this guy needs is shroud to protect him.

Not a fan of this card, but I recognize it's made to do a job and does that job well. However, it makes a convenient place for me to voice my biggest deckbuilding complaint about Scars. Maybe this is just me being weird, but it bugs the heck out of me when some color-pairs have an obvious build-around-me path and others don't. BG has Infect, UB has Poison Proliferate (also possible in GU but better suited to UB since you can use Ichor Rats and not even have to attack, plus there's Instill Infection and Trigon of Corruption to control creatures while you proliferate), WU has Venser187s.dec, and RG can run something revolving around artifact destruct and cards like Molder Beast (I'm very happy about him). But that leaves the other six color-pairs with no obvious direction. I think Wizards should mandatorily include at least one such path in each set, so players who identify primarily with a color-pair (or a single color, or even a triad - the latter can blend 2-3 color-pair paths, such as combining Molder Beast with Tainted Strike and Hoard-Smelter Dragon) will have something more than random piles of barely-synergistic cards.

Yeah, Wizards needs to hand us 15 different decks for every set.

Nice cheap card, I run 4 of them in my Infect deck. I wish he had a secondary ability, but a 2/3 for 3cmc AND infect keeps him in. Pretty resilient for an Infect card.

Soon to be outclassed by Rot Wolf in Mirrodin Besieged, if the spoilers are correct.

trust me...this card is good...infect decks don't win with biggies like Blightsteel Colossus, they win with cards like these
