ummmmm.... wow. For a 1 CC card, this thing is insane. Instant zombie deck obliterator.

This is an amazing card and I can't believe I haven't seen it until today. It just found itself a spot in my Turbofog deck's sideboard and might end up in my main deck.

6/5 if I could.

Brilliant. A perfect counter for dredge and any graveyard-based deck. It also incapacitates those irritating Tarmogoyfs everyone seems to use.

5/5!

1 card a turn hampering recursion decks (yes they do get to choose the card, but not bad), can be used first turn, can wipe graveyards for 1... very useful. Worst case scenario you essentially cycle it for a total of 2 colorless at sorcery speed, exiling graveyards in the process. will certainly see play in my SB.

The only thing that might make some sort of mill deck playable in standard atm. With the three eldrazi legends locking out most normal mill strategies, all a player needs to do atm is keep one in the side (if they have none in the main) for the rare mill deck they come up against. Of course, RoP is one of the only cards which both stops the eldrazi coming back AND makes sure the hard work you've done up to that point stays done (there are a few instant speed abilities and cards which remove singular cards in a graveyard from the game, but then, it'd really suck to have a ~20 card Traumatize go to waste when RoP stops it from doing so).

Wow. At first I was planning on just using Cemetary Reaper as my surgical cutter for Kozilek, Emrakul, and Progenitus, but this is a far better alternative.

hard to believe that this is a common.

Pretty decent, although Tormod's crypt is more versatile, since it a) is free, as opposed to requiring a total of 2 mana to use, and b) doesn't exile your own graveyard, thus leaving you free to perform some graveyard shenanigans of your own.

Still, for formats without access to the crypt (Standard, and it rotates out of extended in less than a month of my posting this), it's a very important sideboard card.

I use this in my web of inertia deck for ultimate one sided control.

I had this out while we were on Agyrem, and managed to abuse it with my Flametongue Kavu to kill a creature or two. He pointed out that it would go straight back to his hand... until I exiled it.

I actually evil-laugh'd, spur of the moment. It felt cool.

You said it well. It is very hard to believe that this is a common.

Hoses Reanimator, Dredge, Land.dec and any deck with Flashback cards or recurring creatures from the graveyard. This card sees a LOT of sideboards and rightfully so.

Almost too trolly for its own good. Outstanding sideboard card for any graveyard-based deck. Tap it to get rid of the flackback/unearth/whatever cards you don't want to deal with, and then sac it to respond to their Yawgmoth's Will or whatever they're playing.

And in a cheap, easily replaced package? Good god, yes.

Traumatize + Keening Stone + Elixir of Immortality then using this card after.
Weakest link in my deck but I use it because it is nice to exile something until achieving this combo.
Only costs one to cast, nothing for first ability, and only one for it's main abilty. Nice!

Small, effective, and useful. Perfect example of a utility card.

This card is not good in every deck (or against every deck), however, in Planechase, a lot of cards use the graveyard (flashback, recovery effects) ESPECIALLY the Zombies deck. This thing is devastating, AND it cantrips!. Cheap, effective and colorless! Good sideboard card against any graveyard shenanigans decks.

Story: I had a nice Bosh, Iron Golem/Skeleton Shard combo going, and then THIS. UGH!

This card cantrips, so its maindeckable just for that.

This card may not be the Ultimate of All GY Hate cards, but it's probably the 'best' of the lot, in that if you are arguing you need more GY Hate than this, you already have something wrong with where your GY is...

The flavour of this card is that Progenitus pops up and eats everyone's graveyards whole.

I dare you not to rate it 5/5 now.

"The only thing that might make some sort of mill deck playable in standard atm. "

Isn't Tormod's Crypt also in Standard atm? IF SO, that makes 2 useful cards :D

This thing has such a powerful effect that I often forget it cantrips in tournaments.
