While I like this card for MP, it seems lot's of fun I would rather see something like sylvan bounty printed. The landcycling negates the dead-ness that a lifegain card can have in your deck.

Card for Archenemy games for a player who isn't the Archenemy.

i agree that sylvan bounty is a very good card; that being said, i suppose this is effectively 12 life for 3G in 2HG. not bad, i suppose--time to make a multi-player deck.

This is a rare case of a pure life gain card that is actually playable, as has been said; this is a fantastic card for mulitplayer politics.

It won't always work, but people are less likely to abuse you if you're healing them.
Works particularly well, as green has a bevy of other 'let me help you' cards.
Sheltering Ancient for example.

I think the best multiplayer politics cards are those, which are permanents that stay in play, so that people see what you can do to those who are nice to you or who annoy you. Like a questing phelddagrif or puca's mischeif.

This card here is a one shot effect noone sees coming unless you tell them it is. So I think it kinda misses the point. Also, in quite a lot of multiplayer formats, players start with 40 life, making this less playable. So, I personally don't like it. Especially since there are cards in multiplayer that gain you far far more life easily, such as lifegift.

@ Angelicarbiter: Your friend is a liar or a fool. You can't do that.
This card is best suited for Multiplayer with actual players who are actually playing.

Emperor sounds awesome. I haven't even played a game of it yet, but I like how some of these co-op multiplayer formats can make "healer" or support-oriented decks viable :D

12+ life in total for me and my buddies? Yes please!

I love this card. If you don't believe it's fun, play Garruk's deck in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012; with it you can unlock a few of these and a few Rites of Flourishing, and it feels great embracing team play. Just note that for Emperor, because of the Range of Influence rule (809.3a and 801), if you're a general (i.e., not the emperor for your team), you cannot target your team's other general. Also, I'd check with your playgroup before running this, as not everyone likes playing team variants when someone's brought a deck built for those formats, since that player's team would be at a distinct advantage and doing so could degenerate into an arm's race aimed at team variants if you're not careful.

At least it's better than Stream of Life...

Yummy, brontothere steak! Normally I'd dismiss it as another bad straight-up lifegain spell, but the "any number of target players" gives it way more options.

Looks delicious, interestingly enough this card taste as awful as it is playable.

I think three headed giant would be nice. Give your team an extra 18 life?

Nah still crap.
