Infinite life.

I love the art. "Hmm, who should I cut up next". Right out of a horror movie.

There used to be an infinite life combo between this card and Nether Shadow, before the Shadow was errata'd to only trigger once during your upkeep. I used it quite a few times myself.

Great card for just about any creature-heavy deck. The upkeep restriction keeps it from being abused too much, and the casting cost is dead on for what it can potentially net you. I would welcome a reprint of this.

Play some cheap, "big butt" walls like Wall of Reverence, Wall of Denial, maybe even Wall of Shards... And a life chisel.

Then play Sanguine Bond and hope it survives to the next upkeep!!
