Over priced by 1, but it has a decent effect. Prevent two of your opponent's creatures from attacking, blocking or activating, and draw a card...sweet. But still overcosted. 3/5

White's crappy version of Blue's Sleep or Permafrost Trap. I like the card draw effect though.

the guy in the art looks a lot like Altair or Ezio from Assassins Creed games

There are better options available in constructed, but this thing is rather useful in limited. Stopping their two biggest hitters or getting their blockers out of the way (both sometimes) and replacing itself is a nice deal.

I love the fact that the spell is called Repel the darkness, but it works on all creatures, even the most pure and honourable angel is repelled by this ^^

Pairs very well with Gideon Jura. Use his + ability. Tap down any fatties. Draw a card. Seems pretty ok to me. I can agree that he is over priced by 1 Niveous Whisp does the same thing by one less. Still a good card.

How is this a crappy version of Permafrost Trap?
Is it because this costs one less color specific mana to play unless you're playing against green?
Or is it because this replaces itself where Permafrost Trap doesn't?
And yes this is generally worse then Sleep.
That's why this is common and Sleep is uncommon.
This card is annoying when used against you and very helpful when you are the one using it.
Try it out before you rate it.

if you can compare it to sleep, you can compare it to blinding beam, which is even a common. but both of those comparisons are actually rather silly, because this card is in the unusual limited environment of RoE.

People are looking at this card in the wrong light. This is totally made for white weenie. You are on the aggro and this will net you card advantage and stop them cold in their tracks. This and Survival Cache are 2 underrated cards in Standard right now. White never had that many cantrips before Rise, and Wall Of Omens with the other 2 I mentioned are a great welcome. Look at the big picture, people...

Frost Breath just kind of beat you to the punch now. Sure, you draw another card, but what if those cards are something powerful like Promodial Hydra? At least you'll have at least one more turn as well as a whole set of open mana ready.
Although, when facing late-game opponents, this can be more useful since card advantage becomes more necessary.

Very powerful in "battlecrusier" themed limiteds, mainly ROE

So everyone knows, this gives absolutely 0 card advantage (however, it also doesn't lose you any card advantage). This card, to me, can be used defensively as a stalling tool, or offensively as a way to remove blockers for the turn. I actually like it a lot.
