Hmm, if you use it with Dakmor salvage, than you can go through a lot of cards. Some in hand and some in the graveyard. It can be a neat little engine that can power a complex deck.

Life from the Loam or Crucible of Worlds works very well with this guy in a mill deck with Hedron Crab and Jace's Erasure

Use to dredge your Life from the Loam at instant speed. Their Surgical Extractions and Ravenous Traps fail to hit your most precious card. Consider running this alongside Magus of the Bazaar.

What a weird card. It almost does something really well. Maybe a 1 of to eat extra land late game. I dunno. I've tried building a deck around this card, but it always gets squeezed out in favor of other cards. It truly is a jack of all trades, master of none. Its usually best to trust the specialist.
