Play Painter's Servant, and sweep the board with your turn three 4/4s. Run it with Jaya Ballard for a more consistent "blue" hate deck.

@EnV: if your opponents bounce it and counter it the next time you cast it, then you've just two for one'd your opponent. Either that, or you aren't running Guttural Response.

And this is why you should run Blue/White control, not monoblue control. Good luck dealing with this in monoblue with anything other than a Spell Pierce.
