I'm pretty sure you can find a way to give your Spitemare some extra toughness too. Slagwurm Armor or the R/W Liege come to mind. Then it's basically deal 4 damage to target creature or player at the beginning of your upkeep. (sadly doesn't combo with Paradox Haze, unless you give it regeneration or indestructibility)

Here I was expecting people to be ripping on how bad of a removal spell this is, and I find suggestions on how to combo with it instead. Huh.
@MadTheorist: I concur, that is epic art.

Enchant creature When Fatal Attraction comes into play, enchanted creature has an affair with Glenn Close. At the beginning of your upkeep, enchanted creature tries to stay away from Glenn Close, then realizes that she's crazy. Enchanted creature continues to ignore Glenn Close, then realizes that she's pregnant with enchanted creature's child. Enchanted creature gets a new phone number and address, but Glenn Close tracks it down. Glenn Close tries to break up enchanted creature's family, and enchanted creature tries to kill Glenn Close but doesn't. Just when enchanted creature thinks it can enjoy a peaceful evening at home, Glenn Close breaks into enchanted creature's house. Enchanted creature and Glenn Close each deal damage equal to their powers to the other, and enchanted creature's wife shoots Glenn Close.
Oh Future Sight. You were a strange set, to say the least.

Its a 3 mana sorcery shock, or an extremely slow and expensive flame slash. Or combo bait that gets 2 for 1.

Would it be fair to say that if you put this on a Phytohydra or on a creature under the effects of Vigor, or even a beefy Protean Hydrayou get some serious bang for that 3 mana. It's a rather obtuse combo, but in RG or RGW it's neither implausible nor impractical to have one of these lying around in your deck if you're using anything that absorbs damage.
For 3 mana with the above its: put 2 +1/+1 counters on enchanted creature, then another 4 during each upkeep. In the case of the Protean Hydra, it's double the counters if it lives through the turn. Of course the hydra will need to be a 3/3 to survive the initial blast.
Again, this CAN be exploited and dangerously so, but otherwise isn't really anything special.
