@omenlabon, how do you get infinite pump with it. it says "tap" not "when it is tapped"

@bijart_dauth:
Well, two of them and a Wake Thrasher get you there. Though Omen's Llanowar Behemoth idea, as you're insinuating, would not.
Combo or no, it's great in the Onslaught-style elf decks (and even some Lorwyn-style elves). Doubling up on your Wellwishers, Timberwatch Elf, and more is well worth it.

Cards like this and Quirion Ranger are great for turn 3 Eldrazi or any other high powered board sweeper.
Sorry, Skeptical Mario- each tap causes its own trigger from Insolence, and they are all separate sources. Samite Ministration would only gain you the life from one of them.
@ROBRAM89 - You enchant the Seeker with Insolence, then tap it. One instance of the Insolance's triggered ability goes on the stack. That is what you are choosing when you choose a source of damage for Samite Ministration, not the enchantment itself. If you untap the Seeker and tap it again, there will be another instance of that ability on the stack which won't be covered by Samite Ministration, because it only allows you to choose one source (which here means one of the two the triggered ability instances on the stack).
A similar example is storm spells. Storm is a triggered ability which creates copies, putting those new copies on the stack. It doesn't replicate the spell itself. So if you, for example, Stifle the storm, you get no copies. But if you use Samite Ministration to prevent the original spell from doing damage ( Grapeshot, for example) It will prevent that spell's damage, then storm will trigger and create copies whose damage will not be prevented, even though they came from a spell whose damage you did prevent.
I hope this helps.

You only need one of these and a Wake Thrasher. Read the rulings.

It's not even worth mentioning combos with this card. Take any creature with a strong tap effect. You now can do it twice (or more). Congratulations, you are now winning more.

@Ideatog: Storm is something entirely different. Each instance of storm is a separate source because they're not the same spell. With Insolence, however, each instance of damage IS from the same spell or permanent. Multiple triggers from the same spell or permanent are all from the same source.

Oh, sure, she’s got her hand covering her brow like she’s scanning the horizon. The truth is obvious, though, when you really look at the art. The objects seeking skybreak are her lady lumps. If she sneezes, she’s popping out of that thing like Rose McGowan at a red-carpet event.

Incorrect Ideatog. Look at the rulings on Desperate Gambit - a source can be a spell, but can also be a permanent. The combo does work - you choose Insolence itself as the source (you cannot in fact target the ability).
Your storm example is accurate in and of itself, but it isn't similar to this situation. All damage from Insolence comes from a single source, whereas each spell (and each copied spell generated by storm) is a different source entirely unrelated to the original from the time it is put on the stack.

Hm... This seems pretty easy to break in half next to elf lords. I should probably grab a few.
Attach Multani’s Harmony or Karametra’s Favor to Seeker for 2-drop infinite mana of any colour, by tapping her to un-tap herself. Simplest infinite mana combo in all of Magic, and each card is only 25 cents, too. You’re welcome...
I don’t have any ideas on how to get your friends back, though...

This is also part of an infinite life combo with Insolence and Samite Ministration.
