The flavour text doesn't make any sense compared to what the card actually does.

This card should be treated as a vanilla. But still it's a slightly worse 2/2 for 2, which is bad. Play better creatures instead.

Aside from being pretty bad in general, 2/2 with a disadvantage for 2... Admittedly it's not a disadvantage that's very likely to cause a lot of agony for you, I don't think. I'm not sure how popular snow decks are.
This card indeed makes no sense. Does the goblin not want to damage snow creatures because it wants to make things out of them, and doesn't want holes in its new stuff? It's going to have a heck of a time making that bunny stay on its head, then.

Past Coldsnap, he's basically a 2/2 for 1R. As far as red is concerned, that is quite good.

Sure it isn't "Goblin Furry"?

2/2 for 1R is actually pretty decent for a red creature.

The drawback is less relevant than Goblin Brigand. Same goes for Goblin Elite Infantry, Goblin Raider and Goblin Firebug.

Goblin Bully and Goblin Piker are inferior unless you have a very strange meta. Goblin Masons is an option, but loses a point of toughness. Goblin Shortcutter and Goblin Skycutter have useful abilities - but also loses out on that point of tougness. Goblin Warbuggy is crippled by an echo cost.

Goblin Piledriver and Warren Instigator are probably better choices for 2 drops in a Goblin deck - but Furrier is at least average, and probably a little above.

Well, a rabbit isnt literally a snow creature, is it? I mean, it can survive in the snow by adapting and growing a white, thicker coat, but it doesn't truly thrive off of the snow.
This guy just hates the cold so much that he bundles himself in every furry little creature he sees. And he would have trouble fighting a Frost Raptor because he would be in a miserable position in doing so. For him, the Thaw can't come quick enough.

The closest thing there is to a red bear. But the flavour text implies the opposite of the card's working.

I don't know why red still hasn't gotten a 1R 2/2 (and same goes with blue). There are hundreds of one- and two-drops in red that are way better than that. We are printing stuff like Rakdos Cackler, Gore-House Chainwalker, Ash Zealot, Burning-Tree Emissary and Spike Jester, yet we can't accept that a Grizzly Bears in any color is far below average? Even if they printed a 2/3 for 1R, I still doubt it will see play today.
