Decent in a snow deck, where you can take full advantage of the card's ability. Still decent nonetheless, a 2/2 flying creature for 3 mana, but better options are available.

Snow version of Wind Drake. Really cool in a snow deck. Otherwise a backup for Wind Drake ^^

This pwns my opponents very well in my snow deck, because when my opponent doesn't have big creatures with flying/reach, this is very hard to get rid of. Doom blade? I'll just pay {S}{S} from my snow islands.

I like any effect that can shroud/hexproof a creature at instant speed. Can't go wrong in a blue snow/Ice Age deck.

2/2 flying for 3 CMC is a decent deal for blue. Memes aside, I'd just as soon play Storm Crow in a non-snow deck.

I love having the ability to toggle Shroud. Even if it has been replaced by Hexproof, which no longer needs toggling because it's only beneficial.

Stupid hexproof...

Dactyl wings, long serpentine tail, what looks to be wide paws instead of smaller bird feet, and a body shape that seems to have two segments instead of the typical teardrop bird body.
This is the drakiest looking "bird" that I have ever seen.

@DoragonShinzui I too agree that toggling shroud was much better for the game than hexproof.
Hexproof is one of those abilities that just opens up the game to a world of garbage; case in point Geist of Saint Traft
