Great counter to discard decks. Laugh as they waste their Mind Twist, and it's a cantrip, too!

I like throwing this on the stack on top of my hellbent spells, really lets you get the full impact from cards like Twinstrike (a^ssuming you have the mana to make such a play)

i dont think this saves you from discarding down to 7.
the end step begins, all triggers and spells/abilities happen, then the cleanup step where you discard comes.. i guess if you cast this on your endstep, then get the cards back on your opponent's end step.
but cast normally, you discard after the end step.
Would be so awesome if you could choose which cards to exile, since this would also enable shenanigans with effects that ask you to discard your hand as activation cost.
How has no-one commented the illustration yet?!? Fantastic art, and yes, I honestly consider this illustration art. Not only does it reflect the card and the flavour text perfectly, but it's also simply beautiful...

In EDH, this would probably far better as a defensive/responsive card than anything. With the plethora of Memory Jar, Wheel effects, Mindslaver & Myojinn that get played this card would be great insurance.
Why isn't this rated higher? At very worst, at very worst, you cast this right as you're opponent passes priority at the end of their 2nd main phase. That is a cantrip for 1R, otherwise there is a ton of combo potential, and a way to disrupt a discard players game plan.

One of my favorite art pieces in the game, if not my most favorite.

Seriously though, play with Worldfire. Make sure you have a Gut Shot handy.
