Already a useful card by itself and even more powerful in the right decks.
It's good as lord for Sarproling decks (although those don't necessarily need such lategame stuff) and even better in a Treefolk deck.
It's awesome in combination with Leaf-Crowned Elder for example. You can get him out for free and still have your entire mana left for that many 2/2 sarproling tokens. (And your Treefolk will be buffed as well, of course.) I'm running him in a Shaman deck with Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro. Even when hardcasting this you might be able to create a big horde of tokens (also since Bosk Banneret is another card that suits nicely in there.) Elvish Piper, being a Shaman helps getting him out as well. It can serve as excellent finisher that way.

This card is sooo good! Like already stated, definitely good in a saproling deck, I like the art on it too.
