Yuck, it should not have been reprinted in Chronicles, and definitely not here!

Dudes, this card is amazing! First, remove all your creatures; then play Planar Cleansing, then sacrifice Safe Haven, and you would be doing pretty darn good.

This would be great in a Planar Chaos "leaves play, enters play" deck. You know, the ones with Stingscourger and Dust Elemental. It would also be good for Haunt / Orzhov decks. In other decks, its only other real use would be to recycle comes into play effects.

If you invest a lot in your creatures, it's nice to have a way to snatch them out of the way of your opponent's removal. Of course you're still at risk of land removal, bounce, whatever, but so long as you don't substitute it for mana producing lands, it can function decently enough. Just wish you could sac it at any time, even for a cost. That would make it clutch.

Great fun with Evoke creatures.

So what happens if some has living lands, turning all lands into creatures, and you remove creatures with one safe haven, and then put that safe haven in another safe haven? If I sacrifice the second to bring back the first, does the first 'remember' the creatures it removed from play this way?

Generally a pretty powerful card, but very weak against land destruction. Also a really good card against Wrath of God and Day of Judgement - hide your biggest threat in response to the board sweeper, and return it on your next turn to beat down your opponent with no resistance whatsoever... Hey, that gives me an idea! :
- Use Safe Haven to exile your Sun Titan and sweep the board. Crack Safe Haven on your next turn and start returning your army and beating your opponents down faster than they can possibly recover. I could imagine running this combo in a Knight deck with Knight Exemplar, as its manacost is just low enough to allow you to resurrect it with Sun Titan. White Knight and Moorish Cavalry could also fit in, and the same goes for Honor of the Pure.

~Happy brewing folks :D
This can avoid planar cleansing and akroma's vengeance though.
