Once though to be overpowered, recently fixed as Mind Spring, and hasn't seen too much play...

Drawing X cards is always pretty cool, although I would play Ancestral Recall over this.

There's an infinite mill combo with this card. So it still stands as one of the better cards from the old sets.

This cards pretty much proves they knew how broken ancestral recall was, even back then.

@Guest57443454 Mind Spring is definitely not a fixed version of Braingeyser. Braingeyser targets, Mind Spring does not, and being able to target your opponent and force them to draw all of the cards remaining in their deck is what made it good.

grixis deck with this, spellbook, smelt, liliana's caress, and a donate. The combo is donate the spellbook to your opponent, play liliana's caress, wait untill you get a ton of mana, then play this making your opponent draw a bunch of cards without milling him and smelt the spellbook. He discards all the cards and liliana's caress makes him lose tons of life, effectively killing him. So, what do you think?
