Use this with Yet Another Aether Vortex.

"I attack you with whatever's on my head!"
"That's a land!"
"Oh. I guess not, then."

Notice what the different psychics are up to in the art to Psychic Network. The witch is taking a break. The man with the fez is playing Tetris. The man with his hair slicked back is predicting a volcanic explosion. The fortuneteller in using an 8-ball. And the man in the back – let's just say he's providing a different kind of pay service. -MARO

Actually, you're allowed to look at the card with YAAV. Psychic Network just reveals the card to opponents, while not modifying rules about you viewing your library - you can't see it because you can't see your top card without a card specifically stating you can do so. YAAV, however, says both that the top card is revealed (to all players, including you) and that the top card is in play (which allows you to view it).

However, Psychic Network's forehead restriction still counts. You'll have to ask your opponents about what card you're holding up or use a mirror, but the rules state you are allowed to know.
