Two artifact creatures, Goblin Welder and a Thornbite staff. Artifact Creature goes to graveyard, Goblin welder untaps. Rinse, repeat, laugh.

@LeMak.. You could also bounce a pair of artifact creatures with Intruder Alarm on the battlefield, allowing infinite lifegain. Alternatively instead of Scrapheap you could just use Pandemonium and two artifact creatures, as long as one of the artifact creatures has power of 1 or greater, you'll have infinite damage.
