In a spirit deck I could see multiple copies of this destroying the opposition's hands. Also, not too expensive for the utility of being both a sorcery and a 3/3 creature.

Semblance Anvil and Urza's Incubator makes two of these pretty awesome together in a Spirit deck, not to mention things that trigger when you cast a creature/spirit spell or when a creature enters the battlefield.

Oh Kamigawa; you make me grateful for a 5-mana 3/3 with a positive ability.

Jeez! 5 mana?? I would be much happier if this cost 2 black for a 1/1

Must be decently efficient, if it's not strictly worse than any existing creature with the spiritcraft ability removed...
This is a good card, I dont mind a 3/3 body along with discard its not the worst of the -onna cycle. For anyone suggesting 1/1 body for 2 mana they basically want another Ravenous Rats Haru-Onna Yuki-Onna Kiri-Onna Kemuri-Onna Nikko-Onna

To be honest, i would have been a lot happier with a Ravenous Rats take on her, even as a 0/1, especially because of the bounce all the Spirits from the Onna-cycle had.
Like this, you can barely make use of her second ability. Who'd want to bounce a creature to cast her again for five mana for a meager discard effect? On the other hand if this were a two-drop, i would gladly have bounced her a couple of times, and Soulshifting her would have worked better as well... like, really good.
This could have made spirits more interesting, because many of Kamigawa's themes tended to be somewhat underpowered (and i do not mean this in comparison to Mirrodin's ridiculously broken standards, but simply in only-non-banned-cards-are-allowed Standard standards).
