Training other cards to be as bad as itself

Cool concept, should be 3/1 or 3/2. A SENSEI ONLY HAS BUSHIDO 1 ??!! LAME SHOULD BE 2 OR 3

multiple instances of bushido 1 stack, so it can give itself more instances as well as its students.
It could give Bushi Tenderfoot 2 instances of Bushido 1 for example.

Definitely use with non-Samurais to pump them up with Takeno, Samurai General, Nagao, Bound by Honor, and Call to Glory.

Question! If you give a creature the Samurai sub-type, can you save him with Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho? The creature would go to the graveyard and then return to play but only if s/he is a Samurai, does s/he lose the Samurai sub-type it gained while in play (because it goes to the graveyard)? It would lose the counter, but according the Magic Rulings the counter doesn't make the creature a Samurai with Bushido 1 (the counter is basically just there for fun and the abilities stay regardless of the counter staying or not.)
Also, will someone further explain the Magic Rulings on multiple instances of Bushido?

AXER:

The ruling on Oathkeeper states that it checks after the creature is in the graveyard, so it have to have the type samurai while in the graveyard. It is understood that all effects that modify creatures cease to exist when put into a graveyard, unless otherwise stated.

in short, no it won't return the creature unless its is a samurai or changeling.

Part 2:

"Multiple instances of bushido trigger separately" translates to
bushido is a triggered ability. when the requirements to trigger it are met it goes on the stack.
having multiple bushido instances on a single creature will cause them to all trigger at the same time, then be put on the stack and be forced to resolve one at a time, not all at once.

Normally there is not a distinguishable difference between all in one or separate, but if someone is playing with a spell such as phthisis and a way to set it off at will means they could set it off to hit between your creature's increases in power and toughness.

of course, if someone had such a set up, they would likely want to hit your fully buffed samurai, not a lesser form....

I liked this card before I knew it could stack bushido. Now that I know, he's even cooler! Plus he's a fox; gotta love foxes. In the deck I use him in, I end up making wall samurai. It's pretty awesome.

Also, I think a 1/1 with bushido 2 would be more flavorful, but whatever.

Every time you use his ability on a creature, they gain an additional instance of being a Samurai... even if they already were one. So if you train a guy up five times, they will be a Samurai-Samurai-Samurai-Samurai-Samurai!

Too bad it doesn't stack for things like Call to Glory.

Instant 5/5 since it trains things to become a Samurai. Seriously now.

Man, if that thing is supposed to be some sort of master samurai no wonder everyone in kamigawa was getting their @ss kicked by a bunch of floating inanimate objects. I mean, what if phyrexia had decided to show up here instead of mirrodin. Those babies running around with dresses and silly toy swords would last approximately 10 seconds.

Best EDH general to make friends with. Bushido is better than +1/+1 counters in this case, because if you decide to put a few counters on someone else's creatures it's not as bad if they decide to attack you because they won't deal any extra damage to you, only to your creatures if you decide to block.

And, everyone loves having their creatures become Samurai.

With plenty of slow early turns in EDH, you can pop him out, and either start making allies or start pumping himself up until he's got bushido 20. Sure, you won't likely be able to ever kill someone with General Damage, but it's pretty awesome for a creature to be a mild-mannered 2/1 that suddenly explodes into a 22/21 whenever he gets into a battle.

Fate Transfer. Why? To confuse your opponent* of course.

"You there! Recruit! Name!"
"Saproling, sir, I'm a token, I-"
"I didn't ask for your life story, maggot! Drop and give me +1/+1!"

Combine this with Power Conduit to further boost your cards. As a bonus, you can easily cheat by fudging how many of those counters on your creature are training counters and how many are +1/+1 counters (and how many instances of Bushido 1 the creature has.)

Wait when the counter leaves does the creature still have Bushido?

@Shadoflaam

From my understanding, all the counter does is effectively remind players that the creature is a Samurai and has Bushido X (technically X instances of Bushido 1 if I'm reading the rules right, but whatever). If you gave the training counters to something else without using the Sensei's ability, it wouldn't be a Samurai, nor would it have Bushido X. Which means if you put a training counter on Skullbriar, the Walking Grave, even though it would keep the counter, it wouldn't do anything if it ever left the field.

Among millions of legendary cards, I decide to built the edh deck around this little fury bastard!
Its quite dificult to explain, but question is next, actually he can transform all creatures into samurai, its work quite nice with Coat of Arms, Konda´s Banner and others. After few games I made, I realize that I can put my oponent with ease under 15. But after 10 turns my game stucks and there so little I can do.
He is quite nice card, but if you try to build commander deck, probably you should think to find better companion.
Its sad, cause I love this guy, I will have that deck as commander which I will play against my friends, but nothing more.

I've already got a soft spot for Samurai, and this card can make ALL of my creatures samurai? *JOY*

I am now incredibly tempted to throw in a few Sensei Golden Tails, a Nagao, and a Takeno into my angel/fattie deck, simply for the joy of making Akroma, Molimo and Thorn Elemental pumped up Samurai on top of everything else.

"I don't care if your general has Bushido 108--"
"108 instances of Bushido 1."
"Whatever. I have a flying double-striking exalted Sun Titan with totem armor. You'll be dead in a few turns."

Lure

"Oh. Well, no big deal, I'll just have to bring back the totem armor each turn--"

I still think Zombie Samurai Angel is the coolest creature type I've ever had on the field. The thought of an undead Akroma charging across a battlefield with a katana is awesome stuff.
