only good if they are doing something to your land.

It's Storm Crow with a largely irrelevant ability. But beautiful. I like that.

I never really liked the moonfolk, but all of them have amazing art.

I have chosen this Moonfolk to complete an alternate Zur's Weirding lock with Kabira Crossroads. It's also possible to lock out certain colors of mana once the lock is in place and that's also useful since I have the option of letting my opponent draw cards that they would otherwise have been able to play.

These people are hard to make decks with...
You would think that at least a few of them would have decent abusable abilities. True, this works, but It would be nice if the soratami had some way to defend themselves.

Could be good in a Stasis or other "Lands don't untap" deck.
no it's not stricly better than Storm Crow but stricly worse! I always play Storm Crow with Airborne Aid, Aven Warhawk, Cloudreach Cavalry or many other things for a bird tribal! this ugly thin here cannot...

I think the moon-folk are relatively underrated, I think most of them can easily find places in many decks, and can help out in allot of different strategies, been using this one in a deck with psychic venom, lots and lots of psychic venom! yay, hell if you dont have a land to play this is 1:tap a land which is never bad

Not half bad. A decent body with a Moonfolk ability (I.E. Silly and mostly unworkable unless you're being creative with Landfall, which was a good four blocks away.) and probably my favorite Moonfolk art aside from Oboro Breezecaller.
...
Actually, I hate to say it, but I think I prefer this art. Seems much more alien, like the Moonfolk should. Rebecca's art just looks too...human.

Functionally, Floodbringer and Rishadan Port aren't too different, both uses two lands to tap one. Floodbringer is a creature that has flying and can attack, which also makes it vulnerable to destroy effect and counter spells. However, it can tap multiple lands all by itself and enables landfall for cheap.
All moonfolk decks should have Exploration and or Manabond in mind. Suddenly, Floodbringer's ability becomes scary.

Hedron Crab and Chronic Flooding combine with this guy for a minimum of mill 6 every turn and costing your opponent some major tempo. Toss in a wall and some counter spells and there's pretty much nothing your opponent can do to stop you from milling their whole deck.
