Put this on an expensive, integral enemy creature and you either shut them down by killing their only good creature or draining all of their mana, every turn.

Bye bye, Tolaria. I guess 0 was too rich for your blood :P

Why is this sooooo low? This should be 4/5 at the very least. Terror is great, simple, effective.

This can really change the game, locking them down, but most often it will end up just like Terror except you can target ANY creature.

Great card! They never seem to be able to hang on to Pendrell Flux's victims for very long. After a while they get tired of not being able to cast spells.

Cast it on Emrakul, the Aeons Torn! No, wait...

Cast it on Marit Lage! No, wait...

Crown of the Ages might find a way to move this onto Emrakul.

Blue creature removal? And it is powerful? At common? A 3.8 is really low, considering it isn't very conditional. 5/5

Similar to white's Soul Tithe.

This is some pretty nice anti-eldrazi tech. Not only does it force your opponent to pay the casting cost of things that they likely cheated into play (thus killing them, or depleting their mana every turn), but it also is a sacrifice effect, meaning indestructible creatures are not immune to its effect.

Killing big, reanimated creatures every where. Also kills the Bringers from Fifth Dawn expansion.
