Barely playable. Only in green aggro mana ramp decks would this card be somewhat useful, any other deck its a joke.

all of the deceivers are mostly worthless, and this is oddly the best of the cycle. and I'm speaking as a johnny here.

The Deceivers would be better if their second ability cost one mana of the creature's color, even so, Feral would still be the only playable one.
Toughness should have been 3.

Could be used with things like Call of the Wild or to ensure your Summoning Trap hits something..but for those uses Oracle of Mul Daya fits the bill much better.

At the time of this posting, Gatherer says the artist for this card is Arnie Swekel even though the card itself has Glen Angus credited as the artist. Was the art mis-attributed on the card or is it mis-attributed in Gatherer?
