Seems like it would synergize nicely with Landfall, but Harrow does pretty much the same thing and is an Instant.

Harrow doesn't put nonbasic lands into play like Journey would, I think.

Worse than Harrow in a lot of circumstances, but the lands-to-hand effect is good with Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant.

The entwine makes this card what it is. I love cards that are decent early game and get better the more the game goes on. Entwine is a really good mechanic.

Cultivate is almost always going to be better.

Plays well with Horn of Greed.

Harrow only nets you one land, this does two but for Harrow's cost doesn't actually ramp you beyond an ideal land drop rate. So if you're playing a deck that needs to keep playing lands to get out the big stuff, use this, but if you need mana accel at the lower end then stick with Harrow.

I think it's flexibility is what really draws me to this card; it won't ever be "better" than most land-drop cards, but it can be more useful than some cards in a couple situations - it lets you put lands in your hand for cards that care about hand-size or Retrace, and it lets you dump the lands from your hand faster than Explore. 99% of the time, Cultivate will probably be a good choice, but I know I'd rather have this if I had 2-3 lands in my hand.

It's far from an amazing card, but I think it's at least a solid 3.

Not very bad, actually. I wouldn't compare it to Harrow, since they're pretty much different. This is either a Divination that only gets lands, a weaker Summer Bloom, or an Explosive Vegetation (since the lands come into play untapped). Very versatile.

Kinda shows you what kind of nuts Primeval Titan is, eh. Same CMC for almost the same effect, just with a free 6/6 trampler.

You people, Harrow isn't a good comparison. Harrow not only requires the sacrifice of a land, but does something entirely different. Both of them have their uses, and Harrow can really help with dropping more than one non-basic. Three Vesuvas on turn 3? Why, I think I will!

What a damn fine card. Even if you don't pay the entwine cost, putting down two extra lands on potentially turn two is great no matter which way you cut it.

Entwining this is really good but, 1/2 of the time when you brick off on lands early off this is going to just be Armillary Sphere harder.

This combos well with Sakura-Tribe Scout or Walking Atlas and the like

love this card. Easy mana early game for any multi-colored deck, strong mana boost late game. Exactly what you want from cards like this.
