In all honesty, about equal to the Kor Duelist. The most effective equips to the Duelist are increases to power, not toughness, like Bonesplitter or Bone Saw, and if you want your Duelist to be most successful, you need to ensure that it kills with the first strike and not the second. The only area the Duelist surpasses the Glaivemaster is when you're gonna kamikaze it or when you give it trample with Loxodon Warhammer.

Edit: I would take a Duelist with a Leonin Scimitar over a Glavemaster with a Bonesplitter. That being said I'd play them both in a weenie rush deck.
