Great card, though I think it should be blue. Who's with me?

Nice "fix" of sylvan library. Second the no to blue. Green values knowledge too, just more along the lines of intuition and the secrets of the natural world. Reprint this!

This card is better than most top decking blue instants.

Actually, should be blue.
1) as ESUpin said, it's better than every blu 1cc library-manipulate cards, and blue is THE color of maniplate. To think that a very blue ability is printed in a very powerful way in a green card makes me shiver...
2) Green doesn't value knowledge. Green values intuition and forces of nature, not mere knowledge. Every green drawing-card are creature or related with creature, so they had have made it a triggered ability when a creature comes into battlefield, or sorta... But even so it would be wrong...

Could have been a very good blue card, but instead is a very lame green card... It's a pity, because Tempest block is my favourite of all time (alongside with Ravnica), and this sort of card are completely wrong, imho...

Sylvan Library is an old card and draws and looks at the top. Although this feels somewhat blue, I as a blue player know how broken this would be in a blue control deck. Paying one each turn for sensei's divining top is already completely awesome, plus the top gives you the possibility of drawing one of those three. This one doesn't draw you cards, but let's you peek at them each turn for free.

I think it's balanced and fine in green. In a green deck, that's all your gonna do with it: peek at cards and arrange them. In a blue deck, you'll be doing a lot more than that with all the other blue tricks. Plus, the color pie is not that tight... you get white destroying cards, black with lifelink... you can twist it.

Nothing like looking at the top three cards and knowing that they're all poop because you're playing green.

Sylvan Library is better, because you can pay 4 life and KEEP them instead of just reordering them. And if the life isn't something you want to pay, you just simply put them back in the order you want them. I use this AND Library, and along with Think Tank, and Abundance, you can not only prevent a loss, but you can stack your deck, and choose what you want.

Remember, Abundance can prevent you from losing a game because you don't "Have to draw" because Abundance is a replacement, so you don't draw. So, you can stay alive with it. All these cards come together very well.

One of my favourite cards, woohoo !!
Glad they gave green something like this (instead of blue, even though it fits blue more).
I have 2 of them in my Fastbond-Crucible of Worlds-Zuran Orb deck / Enchantress deck as a nifty bonus.
Looking in your library and rearange them to pull out the nukes as fast as possible always brings a tear to my eye, muahahahahaha !
Ofcourse this card fits just about in any green deck, its like a Swiss-Army knife (but not as much as the good ol' Birds of Paradise mind you).
Correct me if I'm wrong but In a way I think this card is pretty unique, one of a kind ...*giggle*... :D
But ofcourse I will gladly join the folks here who would like to see this reprinted for green.

Oh I just noticed this card goes well with Call of the Wild, just take a peek at the three cards, rearrange it so you have some humongous creature on top (provided that you play with any that costs a lot of mana and is powerful enough to justify the amount of mana you are possibly going to invest for Call of the Wild).

This card SHOULD be blue...

...but if it was blue, we wouldn't have such a hot cat in the art.

No, it's like in Pokemon, where you could get Gym Leader-owned Pokemon. For instance, "Brock's Onyx."

Well, this is Mirri's version of the Lorwyn Incarnation.

Used only once it's worse than scry 3 because you can't put them on the bottom of your library. The bad cards never leave so you just keep pushing them back until you get the 3rd one and then you're screwed. That said, doing this every turn is way better than scry 3 only once. You basically get 2 extra cards to choose from for G. That's quite a deal. If you add a way to shuffle your library when you don't like what you see, like green land fetch, it gets even better.

Like a book of ancient lore? Ponderous and halting?

Mirri bounded from tree to tree in the manner of a drunken terrapin. Then she tried to eat a burrito but she fell asleep instead.

This card locally is not easy to find, a lot of people have grabbed them up and do not trade them once they have their copies.

I would say it fits green perfectly, an intuitive rush of knowledge from nature itself. while blue values cunning intelligence, green is intuitive wisdom. I would like to see more cards along these lines for green. Ultimately, Sylvan library is better because you can choose to draw a card.

I prefer Sylvan Library for its aggressive and control potential.

Green used to have some of the card drawing and library manipulation that blue has. This card along with Sylvan Library were reasons why green can be dangerous early, by choosing what they draw on their turn along with mana acceleration

Green does draw manipulation through enchantments, blue specializes in instants and sorceries in the regard. So makes a lot of sense that this is green.

This is one of the things I dislike about EDH; it turns cards like this from cheap casual variants of powerful Legacy cards (Sylvan Library) into something that costs just as much :s. I like the card, but why not just buy Library if it's the same price?

All that said, this is quite nice for it's discounted mana price over Top/Library; however the other options are much better in the late game for allowing you access to more cards (you can top more than once and abuse shuffles; or you can draw a bunch with Library)
