outside mirroden, not bad, enchantments being used are usually game enders, countring for 1 is sick

I'm not sure how anyone could say that with a strait face. This card has always been and will always be great for its cost.

Pretty good for only Blue, especially since most decks use artifacts and/or enchantments of some kind. It is limited though, and for effect you're probably better off with a counterspell.

And I think that Chromatic Sphere has seen better days.
