In one or two color decks Phantom Warrior is a better option.
In an artifact block though, this is a nice, splashable alternative.
Outside of that, find something else. Jhessian Infiltrator, Dimir Infiltrator, Inkfathom Infiltrator, Riverfall Mimic and Walking Dream come to mind.

Neurok Commando does cooler things. Immune to spot removal, and draws cards. Dealing with blockers is easy in any decent constructed deck -- and your removal just cantrips.

How is this worse than the Beebles? As far as I can tell Human Rogue > Beeble, and they're the same creature otherwise.
