Actually, it's exactly like Festival. Moment of Silence only prevents the next combat phase. If the player gains additional combat phases, as with Seize The Day, Moment of Silence will not stop it. Festival and False Peace will.

Also good versus anything with a "when this attacks" ability- I'm looking at YOU Emrakul!

I don't think your opponent would fall for it, considering it says "false peace" right on the card.

Really pretty crazy for one W if you think about it. Not an all-powerful backbreaker or anything, but I have felt the waves of salvation wash over me when I draw one of these with a horde of green nasties staring me down.

This should probably go on the list of things that would be nightmares vs aggro if you have any sort of recursion.

Also, the idea of this on a Panoptic Mirror is kind of funny.
