Kinda sad that after Xenago is gone people start to abuse his followers :(

This would be really good without the strive cost, but with it, and the possibility of a 7 mana 2+X for 1, it's bizzonkers.
Plus, if you're old enough to remember the Austin Powers movies, which I realize you're probably not, you can give them a Dr. Evil style "zip it", and just add a "when a problem comes along, you must zip it" for every extra target and aura heading to exile.

Funny; exile on Theros looks a lot like murder...

Erhm, what's up with xenagos in this picture? I mean, what the hell kind of expression is that? XD
Just how much did he like that one dude to react like that when one of his dudes get killed? the guy is a GOD that set theros ablaze in the name of party, and this 1 random dude getting his throat slit is the most horrible thing that could ever concievably happen to him?! was it like his son or something? we really need a quote-competition for his face in this card.

So the god has a bunch of believers. Why not go straight for the god instead?

At the worst this is a 4 mana unconditional, instant speed, creature removal from the game. No graveyard antic possible. At the BEST this hits multiple creatures. Two or even three targets wouldn't be unheard of, especially with a card like battlefield thaumaturge, and it takes out any bestowed creatures attached to em! And hey, while you're at it you can just exile an activated god!

To be fair, it would only make sense that a god would believe in itself.

Who was the artistic director? This piece of art is gross. Not for children's eyes.
Also I'm not a fan for pushing Black to deal easily with everything. Shouldn't enchantments be a weak point for Black? Was Rancor a rare Green way to fight Black in creature feature matchups? Well, not anymore.

Brutal, it will see constructed play, strong 5 stars.

Do you guys get the flavor of this card? The assasin cannot take out the god for he is immortal and difficult to fight. The guy knows Xenagos's power comes from the people that believe in him ( see Reckless Reveler), so hes takiing out Xenago's supporters. If he does this enough, Xenagos won't have enough devotion to keep him strong and he will lose the war

@Shendran I would say that he probably didn't care one bit for that one supporter, on the other hand as the card targets several creatures (if you wish) we can also guess this isn't the first and that there could just as well be a whole pile of dead Satyrs at the assassin's feet at the moment.

Holy... I just realized what this art was. The guy is killing a Satyr (knew that part) but the "creature" in the background is Xenagos, who actually looks pretty upset over the killing. So this art is depicting people of Theros killing the worshipers of Xenagos? Jesus, that's freakin' brutal.
I've just realised what the art is: it's a muslim making a satyr halal.

Definitely EDH-Grade removal. Right off the bat it can remove 3 or 4 creatures if the game goes on long enough, and it's exile, which is like infinitely better than destroy.
Also that joke is in pretty poor taste there Kodanshi.
Not complaining that Black gets more exile, BUT, exile used to be a rare thing. With more and more coming out, it's only a matter of time before they leak out a few return exiled card cards, which will kill the awesomeness of exile.

I didn't realize this was a game for kids.... Considering the average player is an adult, I see nothing wrong with this art. Especially considering the monitary costs involved, I would not expect most children to be playing this. And if your child is playing, and you don't like the art, censor yourkid not the cards....

The card is unbelievably good.
If you're playing a grindy-controlish deck, this card is THE final nail in the coffin against all current midrange Strategies.
Also, it's a way for mono black to deal with gods, without splashing into other colors.
