Rather odd that an equipment with no P/T boost could be this good, but an equip cost of just 1 mana easily makes it worth the 3 mana casting cost.

Interesting to compare to Helm of Kaldra. The cheap equip cost means it's just shy of reading "Creatures you control have haste."

This gives a lot of Akroma's abilities for very little. Funny to see such a take on Helm of Kaldra at uncommon. Very solid.

Equip cost of 1 makes the Haste relevant. The other two abilities justify the cmc 3. Very nice aggressive piece of equipment.

Not bad for first strike, haste and trample and it only cost 1 to equip, which is
easy to switch target creature for defense and attacks.
It's a 4 star card, but it's too expensive to cast it with 3 mana to be a 5 star card -
great in limited play.
