The card has an aggressive cost for what it does. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if anyone ever needed to do what it does.

The art looks like a "My Little Pony" ad. The card itself works only with dwarves against red decks and should, maybe, possibly, only go in your deck if you like fingerpainting.

If you're trying to make a My LIttle Pony deck. You could always use Pegasuscards or Unicorn cards. Unfortunately I don't think Wizards will be designing cards for bronies anytime soon. There is still hope though; both franchises are owned by Hasbro so there's nothing stopping them.
